The property was clean and well-equipped with modern amenities. the communication with the owner was excellent, and the host went above and beyond to assist me when I got lost on a Sunday evening. the apartment itself was beautifully presented, with comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. One aspect that could be improved upon is the lack of an information folder with instructions for things like the washing machine and apartment door lock. Some visitors, like myself, may struggle with unfamiliar technology, so having clear instructions would be beneficial. Overall, the apartment was a great value for the price, and the added bonus of free parking was much appreciated. the location was convenient, with easy access to central Newcastle. I would recommend staying at Vanguards Apartments for a hassle-free and comfortable experience.
